Practical Enchantments Twig Spoon

For those who know to keep rosemary by the garden gate. Engraved along the handle of our signature twig spoon are four tiny symbols inspired by Alice Hoffman’s words from Practical Magic: lavender for luck, rosemary by the garden gate, salt over your left shoulder and, of course, a little reminder to fall in love whenever you can.

A little nod to luck, protection, love and the kind of practical enchantments we could all use a little more of.
This special edition twig spoon is a little longer than our usual design, measuring approximately 25cm long.

The spoon itself holds an exact teaspoon, making it perfect for tea and coffee, stirring, measuring and mixing up whatever magic you’re making in the kitchen.

Custom laser engraved design. Please allow 3-5 days for engraving.

Each spoon is hand carved from FSC sustainable timber and finished with a food grade oil, making it safe for everyday kitchen use.

Care: Hand wash only and never put your wooden spoon in the dishwasher. To keep the timber looking fresh and beautiful, give it a little oil every now and then. We recommend a food safe orange oil or beeswax based timber oil.

One for you. One for your sister. And perhaps one for the witch who always brings the margaritas.

CARING FOR YOUR WOODEN ITEMS
Our wooden items have been handcrafted and are waxed with food grade bee's wax. To keep your wood looking its best:

  • Do not leave submerged in water - a dunk and play is ok - Left in water over a long period of time will cause the wood to be damaged.
  • Dry with a tea towel after getting wet
  • Then keep it beautiful with a rub of bee's wax or orange oil into the wood to avoid the fibres lifting.
  • Only use mild dishwashing detergent if needed
  • Never put wood in the dishwasher

ETHICALLY MADE
