US Shipping Delays UPDATE

Hi friends,

I wanted to share an update for all our wonderful U.S. customers.

A few weeks ago, Australia Post confirmed that international shipping to the USA had been reactivated and was ready to go. Unfortunately, that has not been the case behind the scenes.

Many of the parcels I sent were unexpectedly returned to me due to an internal issue between Australia Post and the third-party provider that now manages international duties. It has been a long and frustrating process of back-and-forth testing and troubleshooting to figure out exactly what is going wrong. Each test taking upwards of 12 hours and costing the shipping and duties without any promise of it actually working. I have in the last few weeks spent in hundreds of dollars on postage "testing" the system and non of those parcels have left Australia. 

The good news is that we are now in the final stages of resolving it, and I am confident we will have everything sorted within the next few days.

 Once the issue is cleared, all pending U.S. orders will be shipped right away.

I am very sorry for the delays and the lack of clear communication. The information coming through from different channels has been ambiguous and constantly changing. I truly appreciate your patience while I work to get this sorted.

I really value our beautiful U.S. community and I am committed to keeping this connection strong. Thank you for hanging in there with me while we iron out these bumps.
