The Moon Mist Cauldron is an open-style carved wooden bowl with tiny feet and a luminous mother of pearl shell inlay that catches the light with every swirl and pour.

Perfectly sized for sensory play, potion making, or display, it’s both beautiful and practical the ideal companion for PlayFizz, flower tea parties, colour mixing, or nature treasures collected by little hands.

Each piece is handcrafted from sustainable FSC certified wood, finished with natural oils, and made to last.
Because play can be both beautiful and earth-friendly.

Details:

  • 11 cm wide × 5 cm high
  • Wooden carved bowl with shell inlay
  • Open-style cauldron on four carved feet
  • Natural oil finish
  • Ethically handmade in small batches

✨ Ideal for:
Potion play • PlayFizz mixing • Sensory invitations • Nature treasures • Moonlit display bowls

  • Avoid strong synthetic or food dyes, as they may stain the timber or the mother-of-pearl inlay.
  • Natural-coloured fizz works best (think soft pinks, golds, whites, and earthy tones. We have tested it with Turmeric, Spirulina, Blue Mallow and green Mica and non of these have stained the inlay).
  • After play, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry completely.
  • Do not soak, and avoid prolonged exposure to water.

To keep your wood looking its best:

  • Do not leave submerged in water for a really long time ( like a week)  - play is ok and hang it up to dry after.
  • Dry with a tea towel after getting wet
  • Then keep it beautiful with a rub of bee's wax or vegetable oil into the wood to avoid the fibres lifting.
  • Only use mild dishwashing detergent if needed
  • Never put wood in the dishwasher
