Ammonites lived during the periods of Earth history known as the Jurrasic and Cretaceous. Together, these represent a time interval of about 140 million years.
Have a fossil hunt with a real fossil. These large natural state ammonite fossils are heavier than they look. Study them, draw them. Bury them in the sandpit and dig them up. Such a great way to learn and discover with a real-life fossil.
